Mom & Me: Party Bunting

Spend some time with your mother creating fabric bunting that’s sure to brighten up the house or garden festivities. You can make it match or contrast your decor or create a theme. The look is entirely up to you (and your Mom, of course)!

After the class, join together on the front patio for a tea party!

Skill Level: Beginner

Teacher: Bee Saunders

Bee is from a small town near Manchester, England, but in 2009, began a life-changing adventure with her husband that brought them to Santa Barbara. Since then, she has expanded her family, adopted a couple of cats, pursued her passions, improved her mental well-being, and launched her own business.

For over 15 years, Bee has been an avid sewist and quilter. She is passionate about creativity, color, pattern, and innovation, and she loves sharing that knowledge and enthusiasm with others. Her experience includes working in quilt shops, designing and running group and private sewing programs for children, teaching beginner quilting lessons to adults, and serving as President of the Coastal Quilters’ Guild.

Teaching and learning have always been at the core of her life. She’s passionate about helping both children and adults reach their full potential and empowering others to achieve their creative dreams. She’s learned through making mistakes, persistence, and commitment, and is eager to help inspire others on their own journeys.
