Some exclusions may apply.* Original sales receipt, product in original, unopened packaging must be relinquished to receive a refund. “Unopened” means that the contents have not been removed from its packaging, and all factory seals are unbroken. Refunds will be distributed via the original payment method.

*There are no returns on BERNINA and bernette accessories, software, embroidery designs, cut items (such as fabric), furniture, inserts, quilting table extensions, books and patterns or special orders. There is a 20% restocking fee for machines returned up to 14 days after date of purchase. Machine MUST include all accessories, parts, literature, and the original machine box. You also must not have registered your warranty card. If any items are missing, we will have to reorder and you will be deducted for missing items. Sew Santa Barbara reserves the right to void this policy if the machine is exposed to unusual use or abuse. In this case the trade value is determined by our trade-in calculator.
