Our Fabric
It’s so hard to decide what to carry when the options are so great. We settled on an array of fabric that is not usually found in other area shops. And we’re still looking for more.
Our “solids” are exactly solid colors.
First, there is the collection of Artisan Cottons by Wyndham Fabrics. These 100% cotton fabrics are “shot” cottons featuring different colors threads for the warp and weft. The collection of sixty colors have a soft hand and can blend beautifully with many other fabrics.
Fableism Supply Co is a new, boutique fabric manufacturer just a ways north of us in Atascadero, California. It was started by textile lovers who adore earthy textures and natural colors. All Fableism fabrics are 100% cotton and perfect for use in quilts, home decor, and apparel. The Fableism fabrics are solids with different patterns woven in adding texture and interest. These are a looser weave than most quilting cottons and drape beautifully.
Other fabric you can find include the Lewis & Irene “Dino Glow” collection which have glow in the dark features. Some feature dinosaurs and skeletons which make it a fun choice for kids or kids at heart!
A curated collection of Robert Kaufman Sevenberry Kasuri is also here. You’ll be able to find rabbits, dragonflies, and some great Japanese prints.
Looking for bright and tropical? We have fun fabric from Alexander Henry that will fit the bill. But hurry, the company is closing and we may never be able to get these again.
Maybe you want something completely different like flannel, rayon, or stitcher’s canvas. We’ve got you covered! Our selections aren’t huge but maybe it’s just what you wanted.
